After 5 years of working with SERES, I’ve witnessed the organization continuously evolve its services and programs to better serve youth. The connection to its mission has only grown stronger over time, and I can personally attest to the expansion of the youth network and the incredible growth in their mindset and leadership within their communities. Working at SERES has also allowed me to develop new skills in partnership building, storytelling, and networking, expanding my understanding of how these elements contribute to impactful community work.
