Unlike other veteran organizations that only provide contact information for resources, Beverly Poyer actually listened to my needs and created a personalized plan to help me. Beverly Poyer was my saving grace during a difficult time, thanks to Operations Second Chance. Operation Second Chance truly lives up to its name.
