This is one of the greatest shelter/rescues I’ve ever seen. It’s absolutely incredible that they run on very few employees (basically just Sydney and Makenna), and animal loving volunteers. We rescued our wonderful baby Finn (new name) from AWF and as you could tell they were absolutely SLAMMED, but still tell they cared so much about each and every animal, and made sure each animal went to a loving home. Sydney helped us the day of adoption, and I met Makenna a few weeks later when dropping off supplies. Sydney was so helpful with the transition of our new baby as he was recently transported in from Texas. Makenna was excited to see my growing pup when I dropped off supplies even when you could tell she was so so so busy on a Saturday. And she remembered my sweet baby boy weeks later when he had only been at AWF for 3 days total.

ANYWAYS basically what I’m saying is this is one of the greatest rescues ever, and everyone should adopt one of their babies. PLUS so much care is included in the cost of adoption. ADOPT DONT SHOP !!!!
