Today October 11, 2024 I experienced a feeling I’ve only felt a couple of times before. The first time was at the birth of my first child. Today was as a volunteer at Minnie’s Food Pantry. The words “Awesome and Remarkable ” may come close to describing the rewarding giving of “SELF” that volunteering at Minnie’s Food ������ Pantry gives to a volunteer. To see the gratitude of the recipients. To see the smiles that are returned as I was loading the food into their vehicles is hard to even describe. Minnie’s Food Pantry is of course feeding the body yet at the end of the day I couldn’t help but believe as a volunteer it was feeding me with a reward also. I left today’s experience totally filled as if I had completed a total feast. Thank you Thank you Thank you.
