Soroptimist International of Davie was chartered in 1983 and has been helping women since then to live their dream of becoming an independent member of their community and an example of determination, being a hard work, and the pride they feel with their accomplishments by continuing their education and graduating with a certification or college degree. Soroptimist International of Davie, a group of women members, supports these women through several different awards that helps each of them attend classes and eventually graduate. SIDavie has watched women become nurses, car mechanics, airplane technicians, accountants, business managers, and more.
