UMC provided a free training to its grantees on how to find additional funding sources. They have several databases which will be very helpful in identifying organizations funding groups like But Still I Am One or The Belfast Soup Kitchen which serve our local, homeless or hungry people in Waldo County, Maine. UMC has been critical to our ability to serve our clients and this workshop was incredibly helpful. It was well- organized, thoughtfully designed in small groups, and hopefully, very effective in helping us identify more funders.
