I was treated by Kaiser for bladder cancer and contacted thesecondopinion.org for just that....a second opinion. They reviewed my records and agreed with both the diagnosis and Kaiser's treatment plan. I will always be grateful for their input, as they went into much greater detail than Kaiser had, in terms of both the current and future implications. They were always kind, polite, detailed, knowledgeable, compassionate, and completely professional. They made themselves promptly available for any questions or concerns I might have. Of course I hope to never need them again but will not hesitate to contact them if I do. I highly recommend them to one and all.
