Review for Friends of the Daponte String Quartet, Demariscotta, ME, USA
The DaPonte is a world-class string quartet, and we are unbelievably lucky to have it here in the mid-coast region. The musicians bring passion, expertise, intellectual rigor, and a lively sense of programming to their offerings, whether Beethoven, a contemporary work, or the lives of the Mendelssohns.
