Review for Environmental and Energy Study Institute (EESI), Washington, DC, USA
I interned at the Environmental and Energy Study Institute (EESI) during the summer of 2010 and it was a great experience. The staff at EESI are all kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable people and are doing great work informing Congress and the public about environmental and energy issues. From an intern's perspective, it was a great learning experience and from the perspective of someone who just wants to know more about environmental issues, EESI is a great go-to organization for thoroughly researched and unbiased information.

I have also referred to the EESI website during my research as a student. Not only did I find information which brought me up to date on specific issues but I also found links and references to other sources of information.

EESI could really benefit from an increase in donations and funding. Not only would it increase the quality of their work, but it would make it possible for them to focus on an even wider range of issues.
