I live in Louisiana and was diagnosed with Stage 1c IDC in May 2024. I was totally shocked and scared to death! Julie, the founder of PWA, was the first person to reach out to me, share her story and offer words of encouragement and comfort! When my DMX was scheduled, PWA sent me a care package with lots of helpful items, such as a mastectomy pillow (life saver!), a robe with inside pockets to hold drains, a seatbelt cushion and lots of new makeup to help me feel better about myself! Their encouragement and support helped me get through the absolute toughest experience of my life! They truly are angels! ❤️������
