I have been volunteering with Baker Industries for roughly 10 years now. I was introduced to the non-profit by going to a work sponsored community day there to volunteer and have since truly admired their mission. I always have an amazing experience and bring along co-workers or friends to the Malvern location. The way that Bakers sticks to their mission and provides this opportunity for vulnerable adults and equipping them to re-enter the workforce is such a unique non-profit. It is run extremely well and everyone involved has such pride in the work that they do. We typically work along the floor and help assist in various tasks and have the opportunity to talk to the employees. Everyone is so friendly and happy to be there. Really love this companies mission and can't wait to see how they continue to grow and foster such a great workplace.
