We gained invaluable experience in data management, communication, counseling, and job readiness support during our internship with the Aftercare Outreach Program. We improved our communication abilities, updated data records, and helped beneficiaries with job portals, resumes, and other necessary paperwork, giving us the necessary tools to support vulnerable populations in an efficient manner. Udayan Care is an amazing organization that uses support, aftercare, and education to empower young people who are at risk. Their dedication to promoting development and offering chances to underprivileged kids and teenagers is incredibly motivating. It is a great place to contribute and learn because of the team's professionalism and commitment to making a lasting impact.
