The MST retreat was short but packed with wonderful insights and creative healing tools. A lot of programs I have attended fire hose you with tools and resources. This is different. They really hear your story and develop a ritual to guide you through your journey. There is no cut and paste process here. They are respectful of varying values and religious beliefs and teach practices that are not commonly expressed in Western cultures. I highly recommend this organization and exploring the various retreats they offer.
