The Travis Manion Foundation has been and continues to be a shining example of what community and like-minded individuals can do when bonded by common virtues and principles.

For me, after I had transitioned away from active duty, I lacked (like so many other veterans) purpose and passion that I previously felt while in uniform. Joining the ranks of TMF stoked those flames again and consistently challenge me to do more while honoring others through service to my community.

After the sudden death of my father, the loss of my marriage, and the onset of the pandemic, my TMF tribe found me when it felt like nobody else was even looking. I was picked up, carried, dragged, and pushed towards becoming my best and most authentic self. Since then, I have thrived more than I ever imagined (and likely more than I deserve) and my children have adopted the mindset of "if not me, then who?" as well.

Words can't convey how grateful I am to the entire TMF community. They gave me more than hope and purpose--they brought me back to life. Seeing how this family, this tribe, continues to grow and evolve ensures me that our future is in more than capable hands -- it's being built by the best we have to offer.
