We love the home we built with the help of HOPE. Our home is spacious with natural lighting from big windows, and plenty of storage space. Those are great underrated features in a home. Providing our kids with their own rooms where they can grow in their individuality, independence and creativity through making the space their own; really expressing themselves. It's exciting to see them thrive. Not to mention the washer and dryer are a huge time saver in its convenience. It eliminates the need to go to the laundromat or spend extra time at a shared facility. The hope program has been a pivotal for me and my family in achieving our goals. The program has made ownership more accessible and affordable. It has a significant step in building wealth and represents a long-term investment that will appreciate over-time. The down payment assistance program directly contributed to making homeownership more attainable and affordable as part of our financial reality. My sister Giselle was inspired to consider homeownership through the HOPE Program during a recent visit to our home. It's great to see her taking proactive steps towards that goal and I know it's possible with HOPE.
