Hire Autism is a tremendous organization that offers an immense depth of resources to job seekers on the spectrum. Their staff is kind and communicative and provided immense training in (i) resume review and writing, (ii) job searching, (iii) communication strategies with job seekers, and (iv) interview preparation.

They recognize and are sensitive to the bandwidth of their volunteers (called navigators) and just continue to be the kindest and most personable individuals to work with. The volunteer work has been rewarding, although challenging. I hope to continue to contribute to an organization with such an impactful mission.
