My partner and I have adopted 2 cats from HSHV now and we have had a fantastic experience each time. Staff are always helpful and willing to talk through things with you—we’ve brought both cats into a home that already had one, and their guidance has been very valuable. They also seem to take great care of all of the pets in their facility, which is always clean and well-staffed. We love HSHV and would adopt from them again!
