I found Fieldstone two months into my first Executive Director role and was paired with an amazing mentor through their Executive Coaching program. My coach was an absolute lifesaver-- providing me with a knowledgeable, supportive structure that kept me from drowning. I never wanted to let her go, and was sad when the mentorship was over!
Fortunately, I was then connected to the Executive Learning Group, where I was able to share my own experiences and learn from other new executive directors. One of my staff participated in Fieldstone's Nonprofit Leadership Learning Group during the same time frame, and we both had an incredible experience. From printed resources to thought-provoking structured discussions, every part of the curriculum felt relevant and connected us with many tools and techniques to make our work more impactful. I'll be looking forward to networking and learning through Fieldstone for years to come.
