Since 1939 the Vero Beach Art Club has been supporting artists and multiple charities in the Vero Beach Florida area. Today the Art Club has over 700+ members who provide art education to various groups. We are a non-profit organization that provides art instruction to children and adults, and we are involved in creating an art experience for the following organizations: Veterans, Home-Schooled Children, Family Enrichment Porgrams, Seniors with Memory Challenges, and even providing art-related activities to prisoners. Giving back to the community occurs through art scholarships to Seniors graduating from High School, going on to a career in the Arts; as does our support of all school age chidlren, in our annual fundraising for school supplies, given to the Boys and Girls Club. These are just some of the activities of the Vero Beach Art Club. I am proud to be a member for the past 10 years and Board Member for the past 3 years.
