I have been involved with Support Connection for many years. Their programs are very informative discussing treatments and most importantly for me providing information on the drug category of aromatase inhibitors, a suggested medication for estrogen-receptor positive breast cancer treatment. Most recently, since the Covid pandemic, I have been attending the Tai Chi zoom class offered by Support Connection from a dedicated, accomplished Tai Chi instructor. There are myriad other programs available that are described on their website. I would highly recommend participation in this non profit organization.
