As President of Together On Purpose Inc., I am incredibly proud to reflect on the growth and impact of our organization. Since our founding in 2018, we have been dedicated to empowering justice-involved individuals, women in recovery, and underserved communities in Southwest Florida. Our initiatives, including the D.R.E.A.M. Reentry Program, TOP Community Workforce Development Program, and Youth Empowerment Leadership Program, have transformed countless lives through holistic wraparound services, personal development, and vocational training.

One of the most rewarding aspects of our work is witnessing the resilience and determination of those we serve. Whether it's through our construction training, which directly addresses workforce gaps, or our "To Get Her On Purpose" initiative, supporting women in reentry and recovery, our team is committed to providing the tools and resources necessary for long-term success.

Our partnerships and community engagement continue to strengthen, allowing us to expand our reach and deepen our impact. The recent updates to our mission and vision reflect our unwavering commitment to inclusivity, equity, and empowerment for all individuals who walk through our doors.
