I get to be a part of a movement that is designed to help our workforce grow in unison with the autistic community. It's a magnificent endeavor for reasons well beyond the scope of the intent of this message. One of many vital aspects to this process is becoming aligned with other organizations that have the same / similar missions. When our path crossed with OAR it took very little time to realize just how top rate the organization was and is. We were quickly and effectively invited in by two extremely dedicated professionals. The invite consisted of helping us see and understand the work OAR has done to date and continues to do on behalf of autistic job seekers. The processes they have put together and the people leading these processes are brilliant. You can have the best process in the world - but if you don't have humans who know how to move it - you just have a process. Brittany and Courtney are truly phenomenal at what they do. OAR knows the who, the why and the how and are leading the way on what it takes to truly move the needle on building a more inclusive and effective workforce.
