Travelled to Nicaragua with XMA during late March 2025 to visit the Miskito villages along the Rio Coco. Everything was prepared and taken care of in advance by Terry and Denise. I will definitely be back and recommend this trip for the more adventurous.

2024 made my 5th trip up the Coco River with XMA to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the Miskito people. You can’t explain the beautiful landscapes even with a picture or the smiles from the children as they laugh and play, the tears from someone who doesn’t speak your language but knows that you praying for them. XMA has done an outstanding job with setting up these trips. You may not receive all the luxuries or amenities that you have at home but that’s why it’s called Extreme Missionary Adventures.
