I love what this organization stands for! Sustainability for the earth and food justice for all! I’ve had such at wonderful and productive time working with the founder, Karl, as well as the volunteers. The amount of hard labor that goes into this type of work on a daily basis to keep students securely fed and others in community is exceptional. SLB has made a difference to my own self perception through all they’ve given to me; leadership opportunities, volunteer opportunities, mentorship, and great friendship. SLB has my back!
