Review for Gig Harbor Peninsula Historical Society, Gig Harbor, WA, USA

We love the Harbor HIstory Museum!! It has helped us learn all about the beginning of our town, and provided a unique, hands-on experience for my kids to really "feel" like they have experience life in early Gig Harbor. I think EVERY student in Gig Harbor and surrounding areas would LOVE the experience the schoolhouse provides. The docents, volunteers and family programs are all awesome. Every visitor from Tacoma to Bremerton would benefit and be impressed from the the depth of displays at the museum.

We go to the family events each month. We also share the museum with all our visitors to the area - they love it!

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Make it a requirement for all 5th grade PSD student to attend!

Role:  General Member of the Public & I've been to the museum.
