This retreat is amazing and no joke!!! You will come to think ing it may be like all the others that you may have attended where you just do some paperwork and group sessions and never really work on anything meaningful personally towards you. Well you have no idea how much with a few days with these amazing people will make such a huge impact on you deep in your soul. On things that were buried really deep down that have never been addressed in all the 3,963 counseling sessions you’ve attended…….this is like rapid speed healing and it works!!! You will defiantly leave with a lift off your soul and feel empowered that you have achieved some skills to get thru future hard times by the breathing techniques we learned!!! You will walk away thinking….. wow……this was absolutely an amazing experience!!! And, You will never be the same again. You will shed some old layers that need to come off. Sort of like a really really good exfoliating bath!!! But for your mind and soul!!! This is a truly magical opportunity that you will not be sorry for attending!!! You will be mad at yourself you didn’t come sooner!!!! Healing Warrior Hearts is a Fundamental Place That Every Veteran Needs to Visit at least once if you suffer from any PTSD issues. You will learn so much from all these people who have all been through similar experiences. They are so loving in sharing the information too !!! I cannot thank them enough for helping me to be able to get some peace with some things in my life that were making me struggle.
