The Executive Director's behavior has been unprofessional, immature, and alarmingly inappropriate, raising serious concerns about his ability to lead effectively. Since his tenure began, revenue has declined dramatically while overhead costs have surged. These troubling trends demand immediate attention, and the board must step in and provide the necessary oversight. Frankly, I've seen more competence from recent college graduates.
