I will never send my child back. I sent him to learn how to better handle his anger, for medical management. He was ridiculed and mocked by staff. They often triggered him on purpose.Their level expectations are ridiculous. Leadership on the units are good but the staff horrible. Clearly they play favorites.
Also staff steals from the kids. My grandson had an MP3 player, Gameboy and money stolen. All items which are locked up that mysteriously vanished. New clothes sent mysteriously vanished.
Overall I give this facility a 2 out of 10. It was a learning experience that I will never again make my child endure.
