I attended a class and it was just amazing!! I work in this field for the last 10 years and I’ve taken many trainings and classes but nothing like this, first off let me say how amazing Tracy is and how she facilitated this class! It was so comforting as I was able to be open and vulnerable and I felt so supported! There was so much participation and feedback and everyone got to share a story and be relatable as well as uplift one another. I learned so much in this class and after it was over I wanted more.. Tracy always had refreshments and the energy is so uplifting and relaxing.. to hear others stories was just awesome because I don’t feel alone. I became more aware and more knowledgeable in this class and it felt so safe to be open with no judgment. I couldn’t wait to go to the class each Saturday! I would highly recommend this class and any other classes or trainings Tracy may teach. I felt so comfortable with Tracy she has amazing energy and laughter. I thought I knew it all with as many years in this field but nope she taught me more thank you Tracy for being an amazing woman …you are gifted at what you do!
