I'm the existing Shalini of the program, my experience was very good. USF works very well; they support needy girls who are honest and good in studies. USF not only support us financially, but also taking workshop, they enrollment Shalinie's knowledge. Their mentors also help us in career related things, and emotionally also help their mentee. I'm very glad to be a part of this program as a Shalini as well as Intern
