Review for Turning Point Center, Houston, TX, USA
In the generosity of residents, some have shared with me their stories. Stories of bravery to overcome that which would defeat them, to become part of their own solution to rejuvenating and redirecting their lives. They have found another chance here. Whatever circumstances brought them here, they are working diligently with the amazing resources of help getting aid, jobs, etc. to rebuild lives. They are being given that which is most precious - hope. The founder, at sacrifice to herself and against all "American dream" convention, sold her home and started this because she wanted to help people. And that is precisely what she has done and continues to do with well-thought out vision.

There doing a great job however It is obvious to volunteer or visitor that this is a place of hope and change. This is a place where the rubber meets the road in recovery and new beginnings. To see people that could have given up, try so very hard to use the help they are given to regain life - purposeful life as God intended.
