My time as a Volunteer in the Fundraising Department of Udayan Care was an enriching and rewarding experience. It was a great learning experience in more ways than one. I now have an in-depth understanding of how an NGO functions and the multifaceted ways in which Udayan Care helps bring about change by providing a nurturing and safe environment for under-served children, actively supporting and mentoring the higher education of young girls as well as imparting skill training to disadvantaged youth and communities to help them gain employability, thereby assisting them in their journey to become independent and self-reliant.
The staff is extremely dedicated and committed and the environment is pleasant and comfortable to work in. I hope Udayan Care continues on the transformative path they are on to "Make Young Lives Shine".
