It was an extremely enriching experience working at Udayan Care. I've learned the importance of creating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters growth, development, and resilience for children. I got to understand how an NGO operates both at the backend as well as on the field. Working in the A.R.T. department helped me realise the value of advocacy & policy in driving long term change. I've personally grown a lot during the past 2 months and would like to thank everyone in the A.R.T. department for guiding me.
