I am extremely grateful for Fieldstone Leadership Network, and its impact on my leadership journey. I recently graduated from Fieldstone's peer learning cohort, where I spent 6 months gaining valuable insights and practical tools alongside like-minded nonprofit leaders. The cohort brought together individuals with diverse backgrounds, creating a rich environment of shared learning and mutual support. During my cohort experience, I transitioned to a higher level executive position and was able to go through a unique and custom one-on-one coaching opportunity through Fieldstone. During the process, Janine was invaluable in tailoring my needs with a custom mentorship program. Through Fieldstone's coaching program, I've had a transformative experience that has deepened my passion for nonprofit work and elevated my leadership skills. My coach took the time to understand my specific goals and challenges, offering personalized strategies and insights that have had a profound impact on my leadership approach and overall effectiveness at my organization.
