For many years, my husband and I were attempting to fulfill the Great Commission without much of a grasp the Greatest Commandment, which Jesus said is to “love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and mind and love your neighbor as yourself.”
LK10 has helped us grow in understanding and experiencing what it means to love God, others, and ourselves with a whole heart, soul and mind, as well as to receive God’s love and pay attention to His voice. I especially appreciate the integration of brain science and nervous system regulation in increasing my capacity to give and receive relationally with God and others.
