WellSeen was such an absolute blessing to me, Rarely have I had a chance to take a breath and reflect on self care. Tara gifted such a beautiful bag of goodies that felt so personal to my family, Books for myself and my son to read, mementos to surround myself with to act as reminders of my worth as a person, a child of God, and a caregiver. I couldn't be more grateful for Tara and her team. ❤️
