If you're looking to adopt an animal, Sanctuary One is the place to do it. We adopted puppy Woody (formerly Comet), and he is a gem of a pup: hilariously funny, loving, courteous with other animals, and doesn't chew half as much as a puppy generally does. You could immediately tell that the kind people at Sanctuary One had treated him gently and with love. He shows no signs of trauma. In fact, after we'd had him a week, we had a small party here at the house, and he was the welcome committee. Every guest fell in love with him immediately. And why not? Our old dog loves him dearly, as you can see in the photos, and we do too. Sanctuary One is the place to get your new best friend. I hope Woody is mine for years to come.
