Review for Turning Point Center, Houston, TX, USA
Before I got to Turning Point my course had been darkened by 9 personal care homes. This was as a result of my dependence emotionally and financially on my loved ones, in-laws, friends, and even my pets. I became a 'dropped off' and then a 'no show' over 15 times from hospitalizations. After the Open-and-free-shelter, I realized the next option would be of my own merit. After making this resolution, and a strong foundation with my Maker, my quest began here. As with many of my positive experiences in my life, no one knows my past. Being here only a few days more than a month seems that most everybody respects m, as I have regained it for myself. These folks have already extended hands for volunteers in 'office 28' (30 hours a week). This is where I have regained confidence, responsibility, and the ability to show-up. I am now once again a fierce worker and feel needed.

Add a "Resident of the Month", add Smoking apartments, have cooked meals for the whole weekend, not just bagged meals.
