When you think of, hear about or mention the Fieldstone Leadership Network, their programs or their outstanding leader Janine Mason - the first thing that comes to mind is TOPNOTCH QUALITY. Fieldstone's culture is diverse, respectful and embracing. They have created a safe and respectful space to make meaningful connections with nonprofit leaders throughout the San Diego region. What impresses me most about the Fieldstone Leadership Network is that it's a breeding ground for thoughtful, generative and out-of-the box conversations and their leadership training produces outstanding leaders. It gives me hope for our future.
