I truly enjoyed the acrylic painting sessions with Art & Creativity for Healing. The abstract approach allowed me to connect my emotions with colors and express them on canvas. The instructors were fantastic, providing excellent guidance and support. Their mission to give pain a voice through therapeutic art workshops is incredibly impactful, offering healing to adults and children dealing with the emotional effects of abuse, illness, grief, fear, or stress. This organization makes a significant difference in our community.
