In the last ten years, I have volunteered for BTF at various capacities, currently serving as a Board Member and VP. BTF is an amazing non-profit dedicated to bringing together people who want to invest their time and goodwill in a brighter Türkiye and helping them realize their philanthropic dreams. What sets BTF apart from others is the focus on transparency and ensuring all contributions are utilized in the most effective manner in compliance with donors’ desires. Groups of volunteers and dedicated staff work very hard not only to identify and cooperate with the most effective and trusted field partners but also to develop and implement in-house philanthropic projects when needed. While in the past our focus had been on education and wellbeing of the younger generations, over the years we have also proved ourselves as a strong NGO providing much needed relief in times of disaster. Going forward, our focus will also include preserving the earth and natural life.
