Swords Free Course was amazing! I loved it! Kids loved it!
I took the story from this course and created a yoga class for kids and then followed the activities and prompts that go with this course and I was amazed by the response the kids had. They were engaged and reveled their inner wisdom and compassion
Even parents and teachers who participated were self-reflecting and expressing themselves
Can’t wait to learn more from this program
