I've been enamored with Art and Creativity for Healing since I first learned about them, and I've gained a great deal of personal insight from the Workshops I've attended. Their painting workshops utilize the power of creative expression to guide participants through examining and abstractly expressing emotions in a safe space. Partnering with various organizations in the community, they're able to reach and help a diverse group of people.
