I am so excited to be involved in Art4Healing. It combines art and helping people, truly amazing. The process of making abstract art taps into creativity and helps you get in touch with your emotions. The program services many populations, children, teens, and adults. It helps the participants to deal with pain, grief and stress. The artwork produced is secondary; the primary goal is learning and discovery through the process.
