Upwardly Global really helps volunteers make a difference by giving us structured resources to make the most of the time we spend with participants in their program. For example, for a mock interview, there was a two page guide that structured the time for the interview - helping me both cover topics and create a warm experience.

Plus, I like how they make things easier for everyone by integrating technology that doesn't require me to download anything. For example, a Google form for providing my notes after the mock interview.

Feels really pragmatic and effective.
