NICA is exactly the kind of organization our youth need. Research shows that the best youth sports programs are that way because of well-trained coaches. NICA does not take any shortcuts when it comes to training coaches to deliver top-notch programming. The work that the national organization does to grow leagues and provide excellent support to each of the leagues makes a huge impact. I often see sad stories of kids being left out of youth sports, but that doesn't happen with NICA. The focus on inclusivity and equity for all means that every kid gets a chance to learn and grow through cycling!
