My heart opened hearing about Cambodian Children’s Fund, and how the children and grannies are supported so beautifully there. I have been a sponsor for the past 12 years, and have named CCF as a beneficiary in my estate. As time goes on, I feel more and more passionate about contributing to CCF as I watch the magnificent transformations happen. Traveling to Cambodia for the 20th Anniversary celebrations, I also took it upon myself to visit local museums and learn about the impacts of the Khmer Rouge. While the amazing founder, Scott Neeson, had more humble aspirations initially, over 2 decades he has been the catalyst for a tremendous amount of healing, which only grows in momentum over time. Seeing the healthy, happy, smiling and laughing kids is as sweet as can be! And, seeing how the initial kids are now leaders in the community is impressive.
CCF is certainly a nonprofit to invest in, if you would like to make a big impact on children’s lives and improve the trajectory for another generation.
