I can't say enough good things about Binc! I co-own an independent bookstore in Philadelphia with my husband called A Novel Idea on Passyunk. I was recently rear-ended on my way to the shop and sustained whiplash and a minor concussion. The accident forced us to close the shop for a few days/change hours when we were already in personal financial hardship. That's where the lovely folks at Binc stepped in! Thanks to them my household has a significantly less financial burden in the upcoming month and I'm so grateful.
