Have had the pleasure of working with the HEAR foundation to find top talent at the graduate level for our organisation. This is a great institution trying to break the societal barriers that unfortunately continue to exist in Chicago. They do great work and have helped many first generation college students realise their potential and I have seen firsthand the quality of the scholars they look to support.
