Review for Turning Point Center, Houston, TX, USA

I came with my college service group for the Rotaract Club. The Turning Point Center is a great place for the homeless to come and basically turn their lives around.

I've always thought of homeless shelters like those you see on TV where it's one big room with cots and showers down the hall. Turning Points is nothing like that. It gives each person an actual place to live, helps them with work, and anything they need to get their lives back.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I wouldn't change anything. What these people are doing for their residents is wonderful.

Role:  Volunteer & I am here with my college volunteer group.
